👻 Bisbee, AZ will always hold a spooky little corner of my Realtor heart…

Back in 2014, I listed the Historic Warner Hotel—abandoned since the 1970s and rumored to be haunted. Even on the sunniest day, it was pitch black inside. Flashlights would mysteriously die the moment we walked through the door.

One tour up that grand staircase, my light went wild, the air thinned, and the temperature dropped. I smiled, told my clients “I’ll be waiting for you outside,” and let the ghosts keep their secrets.

Overpricing doesn’t just cost you offers. It can cost you the move you need to make.

Over half of agents today say they’re seeing more sellers pull their listings off the market than normal.

And the #1 reason for that? The sellers aren’t getting offers they think are fair.
