Here’s how we do it:
Traditionally, a buyer agent commission is 2.5% to 3% of the sales price. Our full time buyer agents will instead retain a 1% commission, and credit our buyer clients with the remaining commission in the form of closing cost credit at settlement.
For example: if you purchase a $1,000,000 home that is offering a 3% buyer agent commission, your closing cost credit will be $20,000.
Selling a home? We offer full service listings for a flat 1% listing commission.
