How did this happen so fast? It was a very hot day in July when we found this gorgeous home for the W family back in 2021. After being in the country for 11 days, many car rides together with snacks and the AC blasting, they found "the one." They were still waiting on their car to arrive! (Thankfully, it didn't end up at the bottom of the ocean as we had feared).

They chose a fabulous home and made it even more special, with so many tasteful and thoughtful updates. Everyone who stepped into this home was so impressed by the love that was poured into it, as I was every time I visited over the last few years. Many teas were drank at the spacious kitchen island they added in.

Their efforts in updating and preparing the home were rewarded with $47,000 over list price and the freedom to stay in their home for free for two months while preparing for the next big move. I couldn't be more thrilled for the W family and how this home helped them build wealth and create options for their family.

This is the THIRD time we have posted about this house! Our clients purchased it in 2019, rented it out in 2021 when they needed to relocate, and now sold it with some amazing proceeds in 2024.

Helping this family build intergenerational wealth has been such a gift. They are taking their equity to Hawaii to purchase an amazing house that their children will grow up in.

The best part? I insisted on getting professional photos back in 2021 (even though some unnamed people told me that it was a waste of money since it was "just a rental")

It paid off in 2021 when they received a sight unseen offer to rent their home and didn't have to deal with getting young kids in and out of the house during COVID times.

It paid off EVEN MORE when we were able to list their home at the most ideal time of year and get ANOTHER sight unseen offer (this time to purchase) that met their goals and then some.
