If any one you know has a place they want to renovate and turn into a rental/investment property. I have the experience and connections in the industry to do so. I’m looking to put a roof over My wife and our soon to be born baby’s head. If this is something that could potentially interest anybody on the outer banks or currituck. I’d love to talk about what we could manifest together. Help me help you ! I have a couple months that I could devote to the right structure if I know we will have a home to live in once it’s ready. I would be willing to donate or use my skills, materials, tools, and connections in order to have a place to live on the outer banks, so we can raise our child here close to our family.
