Busy job site today after terrible weather finally broke!

Making progress on our Versant project. Footings are almost complete and will be ready for walls soon. Building on steep slopes make for some challenges but our team is killing it so far. Stay tuned for progress updates on this one, you don’t want to miss it!!

Nothing like having a crane truck for a truss set cancel the night before they’re supposed to show up…it’s fine 12 hours is plenty of notice!!

Lots of progress being made at the Hannah residence! Framing going up and septic installed. Wanted to brag on my grading and septic contractor JDH Trucking & Excavating. He’s been on my job sites from the beginning and has became one of the best grading companies around! We appreciate the hard work from them and all of our vendors and subcontractors!

I hate to admit it, I’ve never used these protective rebar caps in any of my jobs until now. These footings have a TON of steel in them so I figured I would be nice to the trades following and put these caps on. Now after using them they will always be placed on my jobs!! You can never be too safe. At least my surveyor won’t complain!!
