Here's a quick breakdown of the latest data from Buncombe, Henderson, and Haywood Counties to keep you informed about the market trends:

Buncombe County:
- Average sale price: $595k
- Active listings in June: 1,270
- Added 103 more new listings than properties put under contract, increasing overall supply.
- Home sales increased in June, but many of them were under contract in previous months.
- Total active listings increased by 13% compared to May.
- 50% of homes went under contract within 9 days or less.
- About 2.0 months of supply available.
- Average home price was $5K less compared to last year.
- Properties sold for 99% of their list price at the time of offer and 97% of their original list price.

Henderson County:
- Average sale price: $501K
- Active listings in June: 600
- Added 42 more new listings than properties put under contract, increasing overall supply.
- Home sales decreased in June, but many were under contract in previous months.
- Total active listings increased by 7% compared to May.
- 50% of homes went under contract within 7 days or less.
- About 1.9 months of supply available.
- Average home price was $6K less compared to last year.
- Properties sold for 99% of their list price at the time of offer and 98% of their original list price.

Haywood County:
- Average sale price: $480K
- Active listings in June: 368
-Added 31 more new listings than properties put under contract, increasing overall supply.
- Home sales increased in June, but many were under contract in previous months.
- Total active listings decreased by 1% compared to May.
-50% of homes went under contract within 11 days or less.
- About 2.1 months of supply available.
- Average home price was $100K more compared to last year.
