We are excited to start this new custom home project in The Lake Club community overlooking Lake Glenville! We wrapped up the Pre-Start Meeting onsite with our clients this past week. One of several objectives of this meeting is to review the orientation of the home on the lot prior to commencing with the grading work. After the lot clearing is finished, we stake the footprint of the home, outdoor living spaces, and garage so we can walk the site with our client. As we walk the site, we review the final site plan and discuss topics such as driveway access, finish floor elevations, and view corridors. It’s important to make sure every one is on the same page and proper expectations are set at the beginning of the project!
