I booked with these folks for March 21, 2020 to take Mum, with my sisters, for her 80th birthday. Obviously the timing wasn’t great, and that didn’t happen. But I reached out to them for this Spring, and they happily rebooked us! That’s awesome customer service! Looking forward to seeing (& tasting) what we find!

CLOSED! I love a good plot twist, and this one will stay with me for a long time. When I was entrusted with listing this 1898 High Academic Queen Ann in Waynesville by only the third family to have owned it, I knew how important it was to the family to find buyers who would save, not demolish or dramatically alter, their Historic home. Daisey definitely needs a lot of restoration, but my goodness what a beauty she is and will continue to be! Essentially untouched, the original details are absolutely stunning. The couple who are the new caretakers will be documenting the process on Instagram, and I know that they will carefully and thoughtfully preserve this home for generations to come.
