Huge congratulations to my amazing first-time home buyer (and to all parties involved) for closing today! 🏡✨

A little story time because this one was special—
We grabbed coffee back in February and talked through goals, wants, and must-haves. The very next day, my buyer got pre-approved and ready to roll. We hit the ground running, toured homes, and within just a few weeks… we had an offer accepted 🙌🏼

Fast forward to today… CLOSED!!

There’s nothing better than helping someone buy their first home and watching it all come together from that very first conversation to handing over the keys.

That's it. That's the whole formula.

Meanwhile you're in here building a spreadsheet of your emotional investments, the landscaping, the memories, the decade of mortgage payments, the dream vacation you skipped to replace the roof.

Buyers aren't buying your memories.

They're buying square footage in a school district at a price their lender will approve.
