From live performances and local artists to family activities and downtown energy, there's something for everyone to enjoy. AthFest is a free three-day festival celebrating Athens' creative culture while raising funds for local music and arts education through AthFest Educates.

One of the biggest mistakes buyers can make before closing is changing banks or moving money between accounts.

🚫 Don't open new bank accounts
🚫 Don't transfer large sums of money
🚫 Don't close existing accounts
🚫 Don't make unusual deposits without talking to your lender first

Your lender will often verify your financial information again before closing. Unexpected account changes can create delays, additional paperwork, or even jeopardize your loan approval.

✅ Keep your finances as steady as possible until the keys are in your hand!
