It's a wonderful feeling to stand in the doorway of your very first home!

Congratulations to my first-time homebuyers for closing on a beautiful home in Acworth! The house is immaculate and perfect for a happy couple starting their new life together.

Big thanks to Jeremy Flow at NEXA Mortgage (and a fellow TFC alum) for excellent loan service, Pacific Law Group for a smooth and speedy closing, and the sellers and their agent for a pleasant transaction. It's so nice when things work out just right 🎉🏠

Closing out 2024 with a closing! I'm happy to be able to help a dear friend from church sell one of her properties. It was a bit of a bumpy road getting to the closing table but the ink is on the page and that's what matters in the end. I've also joined a new brokerage, Fathom Realty GA. Looking forward to 2025!
