We offer different types of Reverse Mortgage options including a Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) and a 55+ Specialty Reverse Mortgage. HECMs are insured by the Federal Housing Agency (FHA) and can give homeowners 62 years or older additional financial security while allowing them to stay in their home.
