I’m excited to offer a unique 25-hour Post-License Class, specially designed not to rehash your pre-license course. This is about the real stuff – how to thrive as an agent.

Join me Mondays and Wednesdays, 6-9 PM, from April 8 to May 6, 2024, at the Newnan-Coweta Board of Realtors and provided by The American Real Estate University.

What makes this class different? It’s about practical, hands-on learning. From lead generation strategies that actually work, to mastering buyer consultations, nailing listing presentations, and navigating contracts to close – we cover it all. This isn’t just another class; it’s your springboard to success. You'll receive more than 25 hrs of hands on training, and walk away with critical tools for your business (as well as getting that requirement behind you). As a special addition, we will include 1 session on Unfair Trade Practices that will cover your License Law requirement.

ALL agents must get the Post License class completed within one year of getting their license.
