My buyers happened to drive by this home while it was marked "Coming Soon" and immediately called me because it looked exactly like what we've been searching for. After reading the description, I reached out to the listing agent to see if we could get in early!

We were able to view it before showings officially started, and it didn't take long for my buyers to know it was the one. We moved quickly, got our offer accepted, and now we're officially under contract and through due diligence!

Sometimes the right home is worth waiting for. ❤️

This first-time homebuyer and I looked at several houses searching for the perfect fit. When we finally found the one, our showing was scheduled, but it went under contract that very same day 😩

Instead of giving up, we submitted a backup offer. I stayed in close contact with the listing agent, hoping and praying an opportunity might come along.

Then on July 4th, I got the call we’d been hoping for—the original contract had fallen through, and our backup offer was accepted! 🇺🇸🎆

Now we’re officially under contract and through due diligence, and I couldn’t be happier for my buyer! This is such an exciting milestone, especially for a first-time homeowner!

Moral of the story: Don’t give up on a house you love. Sometimes backup offers really do become first in line!
