Fayetteville SFR Portfolio
Good morning, I am in talks with a gentleman that owns 9 properties in Fayetteville and he is willing to sell the entire portfolio. Does anyone have any contacts to any hedge funds or other investors willing to take on a portfolio that will likely be priced around $2 million?

Or, if anyone is interested in purchasing one or more houses in Fayetteville, we may be able to come together as a group to purchase the portfolio.

Good morning,
I hope everyone has been doing well, along with your families. This year, I made a change in my life and decided to become a real estate agent. I already had investment property, but I decided that if I really wanted to be able to get what I want out of life, I needed to get more involved and be more active in the investment community.
In just the short time, since I’ve invested in this year, I’ve done a flip on a home, gotten a listing, learned quite a bit about undeveloped land, working on rehabbing several properties to turn into short-term rentals, and went to the Dominican Republic to learn about purchasing investment property there as well.
Normally, I keep my business life separate from my personal life because I hold you all in such high regard that the thought of disappointing any of the people I care about makes me more hesitant to work with you, despite knowing that I am great at what I do. After speaking with a few people in my investment circle, they made me see that it is silly not to reach out to family and friends that may be interested in real estate and investment to help them further their lives and future goals.
So, please consider this my invitation to you or those you know that may be interested in real estate or investment as a whole. Whether you need a real estate agent, are looking to own long-term or short-term rental property, wholesale, want to get into private money lending, interested in stocks, need to research estate planning, or even life insurance, please reach out to me.
