As a certified Professional Inspector, I adhere to a comprehensive Residential Standard of practice. This means I will inspect the visible and accessible structure, systems and components of the home inside and out from foundation to roof using the latest tools and technology.

Following my evaluation I will compile my findings in an easy to read report which will include detailed descriptions and high resolution photos of any issues I have discovered. I will then email you the report the same day. My job is not finished until you understand everything in your report!
