The good, the bad and the ugly. So this weekend Lanard and I had our first challenge as landlords. Our tenant called us to let us know that a storm had damaged the roof to our new rental property, to the point that the damage came through the house into a bedroom. Needless to say we’ve spent the last couple of days frantically looking around for a roofer to get it repaired or replaced. The damage is very significant anyone would be upset but instead we received these pictures and a note from our proud tenant. She’s so proud of decorating and making this home for her kids.
It made our day. 🙏🏽
