I jumped into the state of the market this week after hearing “WHERE ARE THE BUYERS??!!” over and over and over from agents.

I went through every active home in Sharpsburg because we had just repositioned the price on one of my listings.

And I kept coming back to the same thought…

If I were helping a buyer in the mid-$700s, this is where I’d start.

Not because it’s my listing.

Because when you start comparing what $769,900 buys you, it’s hard to find another home that gives you this combination of space, features, and lifestyle.
