I want to be very clear about the structure and the vision moving forward.
Erwin’s Helping Hands is personal to me.
It is not a program run by The Handy Boys and it does not use company money.
Right now, my full focus — alongside my partner Austin — is building The Handy Boys into a stable, healthy business the right way.
That means strong systems, consistent revenue, and long-term sustainability.
The plan is to continue and relaunch Erwin’s Helping Hands in about 2 years, once that stability is in place.
When that time comes, it will be funded by:
➡️ a percentage of my personal income — not business funds.
Why the wait?
Because doing this right matters.
A strong business creates the ability to give back consistently, not occasionally.

Hello, my name is Christian erwin I am the owner of Erwin's helping hands , we flip houses and are closing on quite a few soon, we are looking for a few hard-working individuals to come and grow with us, the company itself is just getting off the ground. Experience in hanging and finishing drywall is a huge Plus as I myself am not a fan. But often end up doing it. If it works out we as a company can grow and you can work up in hourly wage . The average pay will start at 15 an hour with a paid one hour lunch the expectation will be consistency in willingness to learn. I'm excited to hear from you.
