Hey guys! I know it’s been a long time sense I’ve posted on this page, I told you that I would update y’all when I have transferred into my new work.

Luckily I was able to find work quickly as a partner and employee with a new Brokerage firm call Dedikate Real Estate LLC. Owned by Kate Lefief as Broker/owner.

I’ve been working diligently on getting my real estate license and I’m slated to qualify on Wednesday and be licensed by the fallowing week!

If you have ate at my Restaurant, Devlin’s Deli, then you know I have excellent service, quality and workmanship all while keeping a great attitude. I promise to give the same 100% for my clients and continue to give you more then your money’s worth.

Ok we have sold out of sandwiches for good!!

We still have some product that can be purchased at the store though. That means I’ll be open but not making food anymore, only selling items such as meats, vegetables, breads, frozen items some equipment and take out items! I’m selling these at buying prices so everything is super cheap. Thank you and I’ll see y’all tomorrow

I have these great avocados and apples here at the store that I need to sell. Avocados are priced at a $1 or $35 for the whole case (way better then market price) and the apples are going for $55 for the whole bunch or $30 for half. Just message me to get delivery or to come pick them up. I’m selling these for below what I paid for them and I just trying to recoup the money back to help pay bills off.

It’s first come first serve, I won’t be holding stock unless you pay before hand. These will sell and I’m not making any money off these so price is staying where it’s at.

We still have stock to make almost all of our sandwiches! Only chicken salad is currently out.
We also have all of our slices deli meats ready for you to pick up for buying price! You can come in and get any deli meat for $6.50 a pound thinly pre-sliced.

Might be our last day so if your thinking about getting that one last sandwich in bows the time, going until I sell out!

It is with a heavy heart that I have to announce the closing of my shop. After a lot of consolidation and thought, I have decided to close the store permanently.

This wasn’t a easy decision for me and I am so grateful for the wonderful customers and regulars who even made it possible for me to open up in the first place. We will be open until selling out this coming up week and then it’ll be the end for us.

The locals who have been coming in regularly made this a even bigger heart break then I thought. You all have been the sweetest most generous customers I have ever had the pleasure of serving.

I’ll be selling all the food until we run out. I’m not buying anymore for the week and I suspect that we will run out about Wednesday so if you want to come get your last sandwich or smash burger then you should make it a mission to get here early. This money will be used to pay rent and some bills that are needed to be paid off. Everything must go. We will also be selling deli meats and great prices. Keep looking at post coming up for anything special for the next couple of days.

Happy Thanksgiving!

We want to give a big thank you to all of our wonderful customers who have helped us through support and generosity.

We will be closed for Thanksgiving day (Thursday: 11/25) and Black Friday (Friday: 11/26).
