Let’s Talk Real Estate 📢

Mortgage rates are now 📉 falling & pending home sales hit the highest level in ~4 years. Plus, Fed 🏦 policymakers vote to hold rates steady & gov't regulations add $130k+ to cost of new homes.

Is homeownership a goal? If so, I’ll love to chat with you.

This is dope 🔥

It tickles me now, how some people will fabricate an entire narrative instead of simply admitting they were wrong.

A younger version of me would’ve reacted immediately. This version? I stayed quiet, stayed professional, and let the results speak for themselves.

Silence really is golden. Especially when the numbers still come back in your client’s favor. And guess what? The house still appraised over asking. 😉🏡✨
