Going into 2022 we will continue to see a rise in home prices, just at a more moderate rate (approx. 8% increase). Mortgage rates are at a historic low, but are predicted to reach the mid 3% by the end of 2022.

Are you still waiting to purchase a home in hopes that the market will cool down? Things will not slow up. Housing will continue to be low and hard to find.

My advice is try looking in areas that are considered more affordable. This may be an area that isn't in your preferred locations. Make your housing requests fit your budget!

CONGRATULATIONS!!! Then there was that 😊. 11.15.2021 It was a pleasure working with Ms. Williams. We only saw 4 properties and the 4th one was hers instantly. Oh and I forgot… I caught it before it even hit the market. 👑🏠
