It's fall, and we're all looking forward to the holidays. But if you're thinking of selling your home,now is a great time to do it!

Here are three reasons:

First, fewer people are selling their homes this time of year. You'll be competing with fewer othersellers, which means your home will get more attention—and sell faster.

Second, buyers are looking for new homes now that the weather has cooled down. This meansthey'll be more eager to look at houses they wouldn't have considered before, like yours!

Finally, sales in general tend to dip after Labor Day and pick back up again around
Thanksgiving. So if you list your house now, you'll likely get more offers than if you waited untillater in the year or even next year.

I love fall. I love the crisp, cool air, and I love that there are pumpkins everywhere. But most ofall, I love the smell of fall.

My favorite fall scent is Sweet Cinnamon Apple—it reminds me ofeverything good about this season.

It's almost the holidays! Can you believe it?
If you're like me, you probably have a few things on your to-do list that will help you get ready forall of those visitors. From decorating to cleaning, there are so many things to do. I've roundedup my favorite tips for getting your home ready in time for holiday guests.

1) Get rid of clutter by donating clothes, toys, and other items that don't fit into your family'slifestyle anymore.

2) Take out all of the old holiday decorations from last year and start fresh this year with newones (or just store them away until next year).

3) Decide whether or not you want any new furniture pieces (we recommend getting a few newpillows for extra comfort)
