1,440 minutes in a day. That’s a lot of opportunities to make a difference in someone’s life.

Most of them probably won’t be big things. A kind word. A little encouragement. Taking the time to really listen. Helping someone when it would be easier to keep moving.

I believe God puts people in our path for a reason, and I hope I never get too busy to notice the opportunities He gives me to encourage, serve, or simply be kind.

That applies to my work, but even more importantly, it applies to how I want to live my life.

How did you know your home was “the one?”

Sometimes buyers walk through the door and just know. Other times, it isn’t quite that dramatic. 😊

Maybe the house checked the boxes that mattered most, the location was right, the numbers made sense, and you could picture yourself living there.

I love watching that moment happen with my buyers—but I also believe a little practical thinking should go right alongside the excitement.

Renovate or move? Sometimes that’s a harder decision than you might think.
If you love your location but your home just isn’t working for you anymore, renovating may be the answer. But before investing a lot of money, it’s worth considering what the improvements will cost, how long you plan to stay, and whether you may be over-improving for your neighborhood.
Other times, your needs have simply outgrown what your current home can reasonably offer—and moving makes more sense.
This is actually a conversation I’m always happy to have, even if the answer ends up being, “Stay right where you are.”
Sometimes good real estate advice means helping you decide NOT to move.

What makes a house feel like the right home is different for everyone.
For some, it’s the big kitchen where everyone gathers. For others, it’s a beautiful outdoor space, lots of natural light, or simply a quiet place to relax at the end of the day.
One of my favorite parts of real estate is getting to know my clients well enough to understand what really matters to them—not just what’s on their wish list.
Because the goal isn’t to find the “perfect” house. It’s to find the home that feels right for the life you’re living.

This is one of those choices that really comes down to how you want to spend your time at home.
A big yard gives you room for kids, pets, gardening, entertaining—or just enjoying a little more space. But it also comes with something else…maintenance! 😊
A smaller, low-maintenance outdoor space can mean less yard work and more time to actually enjoy your weekends.
