When you know the home from the build to the walkthrough, you already know I’m checking the details. 😂

Today’s client walkthrough at one of our Tucker projects included the finishes, the function… and apparently a fingerprint test on the refrigerator.

Fingerprint-resistant? Clock it. 😂

One of my favorite things about working across both real estate + construction is getting to experience homes from more than one side of the process—from what’s behind the walls to the details buyers actually live with every day.

A few different days, several different hats, and somehow I’m in the middle of all of it. 😂

One minute I’m talking real estate, the next I’m on a jobsite, reviewing plans, solving a construction issue, climbing something I probably didn’t plan on climbing… and then eventually sitting down like, okay girl, that was enough. 😮‍💨

But I really do love this work.

And the best part is that every side of it makes me better at the other — especially when I’m helping clients understand new construction and the homes they’re buying.

Real estate + construction is a different kind of perspective.
