If this market hasn't taught me anything is the importance of being resilient and steadfast in advocating for our clients. The real estate market this year has been a tough one and if you have an agent that is still advocating on your behalf, know that they are tougher💪.

In real estate and as a business owner, we have to compartmentalize for us to not go crazy. On this day, I was so excited for my clients to close this chapter of selling their duplex.

As I was about to take the sign down, I found out that a childhood friend lost his wife the night before in a senseless incident. Devastated seems too small of a word, but this past weekend, I was able to attend her celebration of life which was one to be remembered.

The duality of life is something serious.
