A few more very late but special posts. Not only do 100% of my clients become my friends, but my friends also become my clients💕. This transaction was especially meaningful as it involved a friend of over ten years. We have done all the friend things: cried, gossiped, laughed, agreed, disagreed, prayed, and praised the Lord as we continue to grow closer as friends. After consulting with me on the current real estate market, she wanted me to list her home. We listed the property above her expectations and received multiple offers. We were under contract in less than two weeks. That’s what having me as your realtor and great marketing does . 💕 My brokerage and I are all about great marketing. I had to meet my lovebug (g-baby) right after my closing, so of course we had to snap a pic or 2 and add it to this reel .

I have decided to take some time over the next few weeks to share some highlights from 2025, starting with a few of my favorite closings.

As many of you know, my clients often become more like friends, and that was certainly the case with this buyer. She was a total comedian—someone who will cuss you out one minute and pray with you the next. She kept me laughing. She was also a woman of faith.

She was referred to me by a loan officer who mentioned she had worked with a few unsuccessful agents in the past. They reached out because they knew I would get the job done, and we did exactly that. After having a couple initial offers accepted, she chose to back out of the contract to wait for a property she saw on the other side of town. A week later, we found that fully renovated house that she loved in the location she desired. I had her back under contract a week later.
After the closing, she wasted no time adding her “diva touches” to the interior. She basically took a fully renovated house and put it through renovations again to ensure everything met her standards. Her goal was to turn her new house into a beautiful home, and she definitely accomplished it in less than 3 months. 💕

It kept us engaged and couldn’t wait to see what’s next.
