This family is FAVORED! We started the process about a month ago with one of my FAVE lenders Nick Morrone Wright, who got them pre-approved for NO MONEY DOWN in no time!! From the start they had AMAZING communication and felt a connection... get you a Nick 🤪
We viewed THREE properties and then an agent actually called to tell me that on hers the seller would give ALL of the closing costs needed if the buyers were interested. We went and saw it and they LOVED it! Can you say no money down AND no closing costs 💰
Fast forward to appraisal on house.... it came back $13,000 less & we were back to square one. We prayed, believed & God made a way for all funds to be met AGAIN 🙌🏽.
EARLY this morning, before our 11am closing, another issue arose BUT we were trusting God and when we got to the closing table, a fix was waiting for us - Again, talk about being BLESSED ❤️
