Just closed this East Point ‘triplex’ for a seller who spent the last few years house hacking the property — living in one unit while renting the others through both long-term and short-term tenants.

That strategy helped them build equity and walk away ready to start their next chapter.

People always ask if it’s the “right time” to buy.

The truth is: there is always someone who needs to sell and someone who needs to buy.

In this case, the new owner plans to use the property through their nonprofit to house single mothers — giving this triplex a new mission in the community.

Real estate can change lives in more ways than one.

Closed 🥂After managing this duplex for years, she was ready to step away. Bought in 2020, sold in 2025, netting a 50% gain.

She reached out after seeing my track record in the area. We walked the property, crunched the numbers, and when she was ready, we listed.

The first buyer fell through, but we pivoted fast. Two weeks later, we were at the closing table.
