While I know things are a little uncertain for people right now, the real estate business is still moving forward as long as we possibly can. We have seen a shift in the past week with a decrease in buyers. That means with less competition, this could be advantageous for serious buyers right now. For your safety, we are following the guidelines to make sure we keep all of our clients healthy when showing homes!
