What a great listing! Multiple offers and just **15 days from listing to closing!**

And it wasn't without a few challenges! In that short amount of time, we discovered that the entire septic system needed to be replaced. That's a pretty big hurdle to overcome, especially with such a quick closing! But when everyone works together, communicates well, and moves quickly to find solutions, even the unexpected doesn't have to derail a sale. We were able to get everything taken care of and still close in just 15 days!

I'm especially grateful for my sellers Kay & Mike. They took such great care of this home over the years, and it was a privilege to help them sell it. Even more meaningful is that they've continued to trust me with their real estate needs over the years. There is no greater compliment than having clients come back and allow me to walk alongside them again. That means so much to me!
