I was moving from NC to GA, and Lisa was referred to me through my Realtor’s firm in Raleigh. When we first talked, I felt very at ease with Lisa. She was straightforward with the information that I need, especially since I’m moving from out of state. She was patient with me when we looked at different condos, and she even did virtual tours for me when I was back in NC. She was very flexible when I changed my mind regarding the condo that I want. She was extremely knowledgeable of the different neighborhoods in Atlanta, and gave me valuable feedback on what to expect with each neighborhood that we visited. When we discovered some issues with the first condo that I made an offer to, she was kind enough to continue looking for other units until we found a better condo. Her handling of the cancellation of the contract with the first condo was wonderful. I was also selling my condo in NC, and Lisa worked very well with my Realtor in NC. She made sure that I was informed of everything, and gave me updates on potential issues that may arise. She was also very patient with other family members that joined me on my condo search. Lisa made the effort to get to know me so I felt like she had a vested interest in making sure I got the right condo at the right location for the right price. I was fortunate to have her as my Realtor since she provided me with valuable information that I can use now that I have moved to this new city. I highly recommend Lisa as a Realtor in the Atlanta metro area!
