Wow. Wow. Wow. Talk about luxury.

This gorgeous Marietta home comes with ALL the charm! With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, bonus room, loft area, exterior fireplace etc…you would never need to leave home!

I’m obsessed with looking at gorgeous homes like this one. I always get some sort of inspiration or motivation to keep working towards my goals.

So I literally had this conversation with a client yesterday who asked me “Stephanie if I would’ve bought back when we first started looking would it have been this hard and would it have cost as much?”

My answer was “absolutely not!” the market has changed drastically over the course of a year and a half, and the longer you wait the more you’re going to pay.🥴

If you are wanting to purchase before the end of the year and need an agent I’d be more than happy to help you. If however you want to purchase but you are not prepared, my brokerage has a program called IT’S POSSIBLE that I can get you started in.

How is everyone on this Monday morning?

More and more I realize that sometimes I’m doing all that I can and that’s enough.

I love this message because it mentions setting REALISTIC expectations for YOURSELF.

Please don’t let other people’s expectations dictate how you run your ish because whew😓.

Anyway today is a good day so far. I did my () workout this morning (if you’re a Peloton user -app, bike, or tread you should DEFINITELY follow this group). My school has gone remote so there’s that 🥴. I’m picking up a bridesmaid dress for my friends wedding, and plan on doing some real estate work in between alladat💪🏽

🎉🎉🎉 getting an offer excepted never gets old!

A huge congratulations to my buyer who was able to get this beauty under contract after the primary offer fell through.

I checked my email yesterday and was moments away from telling my buyer that his offer wasn’t accepted when I received a call from the agent with the exciting news that worked in favor of my client!!
