Once closing costs and your down payment have been confirmed, a lender may require you to show Cash Reserves to confirm you’ll have money after closing on the property.

There’s nothing quite like the feeling of a fresh start that comes along with spring cleaning 🤩

Here are 4 tips that I have used so far on my spring cleaning list.

These tips have made major improvements on my living space and I have been enjoying the freshness of it all!

🧹 Dust and vacuum: This is important to remove any dirt and allergens.

🛏️ Freshen up your bedding: Washing your bedding is rewarding because who doesn’t love sleeping in clean sheets that smell amazing?

🚮 Clean out your fridge and pantry: Get rid of expired or unused food and wipe down everything (Door Handles included). This will remove any odors that may have been lingering and disinfect your door handles from all the bacteria it collects overtime.

🍃 Tackle outdoor spaces: Sweeping your patios and outdoor living spaces can spruce up the place tremendously!
