Blessed to witness another closing yesterday! Normally the home buying process is smooth IF you have your things in order, know what you want and are ready to go!!! BUT even with all that preparation… things beyond your control can pop up.

My first time home buyer did everything right but his lender dropped the ball… SEVERAL times!!! We ended up having to switch lenders at the last minute to save the deal, but through it all he remained calm, cool and collected!

After almost two months, we finally closed yesterday and I had the pleasure of being the first to congratulate him and his lovely wife! Thank you for the Patience and Grace you exhibited throughout this arduous process. The road was a little windier than expected but you’re now a home owner and I couldn’t be prouder!

I know you guys will make this house a beautiful home! CONGRATULATIONS 🍾

THIS. 🥹❤️ This is why I love what I do.

Buying a home is a big deal. Selling a home in one state and relying on me to be your eyes and ears on the ground is an even bigger deal! It can be exciting, stressful, chaotic, emotional… sometimes all before lunch. 😂 So when someone trusts me to guide them through that process, I don’t take it lightly.

And receiving a review like this afterward… 🥹 It means more to me than they probably realize.

My goal has never been to just help people buy and sell houses. I want my clients to feel informed, protected, supported and comfortable enough to know that I’m going to keep it real with them… even when the answer isn’t necessarily the one they want to hear.
