Reminder for the week: If you are renting, make sure that you have your own renter’s insurance policy. The insurance provided through your apartment complex is not enough. I met over twenty families this week who made that very mistake. They lost all of their worldly possessions in a fire, but sadly, they learned that their apartment complex’s insurance policy only covered the stove and the fridge.

Felt like Tarek from Flip or Flop at the house auction today. It was online, but 2022 Covid, so it’s cool. It was very interesting to say the least. My hat is off to the lucky buyer who is about to have a 100% ROI on this house.

Nothing better to do on a Friday than closing a sale. Congrats to my client on starting his next chapter and a huge thanks for choosing me to get his house sold.
