Rates fell to 3 year low today! What does this mean?!

Rates dipping below 6% can help buyers a little on payments, but more importantly it brings more buyers back into the market. That usually means more competition. For sellers, it can mean more activity — but only for homes that are priced and prepared well. It’s not a big shift, just an early one as we head into spring.
