When duty calls, we answer! After two contract extensions, we finally had a closing scheduled for Wednesday morning. Though I was out of town, I rushed back to be there for my clients on such a significant day.

What better way to step into the Thanksgiving spirit than by closing on a tricky transaction? I’m thrilled to have helped my buyers secure their dream home $40K below asking price and with the help of a $10K grant!

This journey reminded me of the importance of cooperation in real estate. While we advocate for our clients, it’s equally important to work collaboratively as agents to find a win-win outcome.
