Hey Guys! Check out this video for 3 quick tips on how to boost your credit score. If you didn’t know, the higher your score the better interest rates and terms you’ll have when it’s time to purchase your home!

The minimum credit score needed to purchase a home is 580, however to have competitive interest rates I always recommend to my clients to have at least a 620 credit score before applying for a home mortgage.

So in other words... Your upfront down payment is covered! (In the form of a soft second mortgage)

If you or anyone you may know is looking to purchase a home, but like many, covering the down payment is an issue. A preferred lender of mine has brought back an excellent program to get you to home ownership!! You must have at least a 660 credit score and a DTI of no more than 50%.
