1. I will advocate for YOU and YOUR best interest. Sure the builders agent could assist you in your purchase but they ultimately work for the builder & will work for their best interest.
2. I will negotiate on YOUR behalf. The contract will typically be worded for the builders benefit, I will help you navigate through this, ensure to protect your money, and will negotiate to solve should any problems may arise.
3. I will eliminate all the guesswork! I will give you a thorough explanation of the process and deposit requirements, plus I’ll be there every step of the way including lot selection, structural options and initial contract, assisting you in the design center, ensuring inspections are performed correctly, and also providing you with vendor recommendations once your home is complete, and more!
