In the world of investing, waiting to invest is never part of the plan. Interest rates seem high right now, but did you know in the early 80's, interest rates were almost 20%? This probably doesn't make you feel much better about our current state in the industry, but I hope it does provide some perspective that numbers will always change, and you can't wait 10 years to hope things settle down. That's 10 years of equity you would be building.⁠
