Alan was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia and joined TSCG in 2003. Alan is married and has 2 children.

Alan’s depth of experience includes long-standing industry relationships and deal making experience working with national, regional and local retailers and restaurateurs along with alternative uses such as service and medical. As a Senior Landlord Advisor, Alan is responsible for leading and managing all leasing, administrative, research and GIS resources assigned to each leasing engagement under

his direction. Alan and his team work together to create each project’s vision, customizing each leasing strategy and executing each game plan with efficiency and effectiveness. Alan successfully represents institutional and private owners and developers across an assortment of retail properties including single tenant buildings, unanchored strip centers, power centers, mixed-use projects, and land dispositions. Alan’s depth of experience includes long-standing industry relationships and deal making experience working with national, regional and local retailers and restaurateurs along with alternative uses such as entertainment and new to market concepts. A graduate of The University of South Florida, Alan served as co-chairman on the Chainlinks Landlord Council for many years and has served for a number of years as a committee member on ICSC’s Southeast Convention. Alan is consistently selected annually as a “Power Broker” for the value he creates on behalf of his clients.

Academy Sports + Outdoors had their Grand Opening today at Perimeter Square in Atlanta today backfilling the former 50,000sf Bed Bath & Beyond. As a retail guy representing property owners, it's always nice to see the excitement from the local community.

We're always happy to represent property owners and bring restaurants to, in and around the ATL. In this case Alpharetta gets a Jim 'N Nicks BBQ Restaurant on Windward Pkwy in the former KFC. This location will also have a bar with a patio and a drive-thru. Convenience and cocktails!

Thai-Chinese foodies rejoice! We've brought another incredible restaurant, this time to Dunwoody, Ga at Park Center, the new State Farm Regional Campus on Hammond Drive and Perimeter Center Parkway. Check it out and let me know what you think, especially the food and interior design. They even have a "to go" takeout window and a mezzanine level for private parties and/or privacy.

Chef-partners and best friends Adidsara Weerasin and Taya Denmark opened Yao, an upscale Thai-Chinese restaurant and bar, in the Park Center mixed-use development at the corner of Perimeter Center Parkway and Hammond Drive in Dunwoody.
