🏡 Well… that was an adventure. 😂

This closing definitely earned a spot on my “I’ll never forget this one” list.

We started with a contract termination… then somehow got it reinstated. We received the clear to close on the morning of closing day (because why not add a little suspense? 😅). Then, during the final walkthrough, we found electrical and plumbing issues.

Cue the frantic phone calls. 📞

Somehow, we got an electrician and a plumber out the same day, repairs were made, everyone rallied together, and we STILL made it to the closing table that afternoon.

Moral of the story: Sometimes real estate feels less like HGTV and more like a reality survival show. 🤣

But we made it!

I’ve completely lost my voice and haven’t been feeling 100%, but the show must go on!

Congratulations to my sellers on closing their home yesterday! This transaction had a lot of moving pieces. My sellers were purchasing a new home contingent upon selling this one, and the buyers were also contingent upon the sale of their home. When multiple transactions are connected, even a small delay can impact everyone involved.

Thankfully, everything came together, and we closed right on time! So happy for both families as they move on to their next chapter.
