Straight in from vacay and straight to the closing table!

I’m so happy I was able to be there for my clients today! This one is a special one for me because these clients are near and dear to my heart. 💙

For starters, I helped them buy and sell a little less than two years ago. This is the second home this week that I’ve sold twice now, and I love it when it comes full circle! But more importantly, one of these clients is the sole reason I met my now husband. I will forever be thankful for long term friends who turn into family and then into clients (especially repeat ones 🤪).

This whole situation was a little rocky from start to finish. It’s always challenging to buy and sell, especially when they are back to back closings on the same day. There were a few small hiccups on the one they sold, but thankfully the buyer was easy to work with and so was their agent. We managed to get it worked out and everyone is happy! The one they bought was definitely a bit more challenging, but thanks to another good co-op agent we were able to get it to the closing table and make all parties happy, even if we did it in the eleventh hour. Sometimes it’s just like that. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m thankful this sweet couple has trusted me yet again to help them navigate the process of buying and selling. I can’t wait to see them turn this home into what their Pinterest board looks like. 😍

The best part of helping people I know is when it comes around full circle.

I had the pleasure of helping this sweet family sell and buy yesterday. The best part? I helped them buy the house they sold yesterday in my first year of real estate. 🥹

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to be at these closings (they say if you want to get busy in real estate just go on vacation 🫠). However, I had them all set up and the closings both went as smoothly as possible!

Despite all of the bumps we hit along the way, we made it happen. The sale of their house definitely was one for the books but I’m so thankful to have had a great team all the way around! Even the most difficult deals are so much better when you have a good co-op agent and lender involved! I’ve always said it and I’ll say it again: what’s meant to be will be. And these folks know this is where they’re meant to be because despite everything that could have gone wrong going wrong, at the end of the day we got it done!

I’m so so happy for this sweet family and I’m SO thankful for them trusting me yet again to help them through this process! 🥰
