On this day 40 years ago, I made my way out of the womb!
I haven’t really had the opportunity to reflect on what a big deal 40 is but as I type this I realize it is huge!
40 signifies a whole lotta years becoming the person you are today but also being in a place of peace (for me.) While there’s still some things I want to accomplish and personal areas of growth I need to work on, I am pretty damn content with the woman I have become.
In 40 years the number of relationships, experiences, memories, laughs, cries,, and accomplishments are immeasurable. I am thankful for all of the people that have made an imprint on my life and have truly shaped who I am.
While I have no big birthday plans, I’m ok with that this year because I’ve truly received the ultimate gift. 🩵

Father’s Day is legit everyday for me. Every day I am thankful that God chose my daddy for me. I don’t know what I did in my previous life but it must have been something great because whew 😅.

My dad is THEE most amazing man I know. And I’m not just saying that because he’s my dad. He literally embodies everything good you would want in a person. He’s funny, kind, compassionate, charitable, a fixture in his community, a mentor, friend, role model, protector, provider, teacher, an advocate…I mean the list goes on. In all actuality socials don’t really give enough space for all the words I have but y’all get the point.

My dad is my ☀️ 🌎 ❤️. There’s not a day that goes by that I take for granted how special he and our bond is so cheers to a very Happy Father’s (every)Day daddy! Fred Lockhart

This was one of THE EASIEST transactions I’ve ever been a part of.

My seller found me from one of my mailers, we had an in person consultation and walkthrough.

We discussed what he was looking for in the sale of his home along with the terms, he had a number in his head and with a thorough analysis, I found that his number was entirely too low.

He did a little work, we listed, got multiple offers as soon as the listing went live, decided on a FHA (yes FHA!) offer and 30 days later with little to no obstacles, we closed!

My seller walked away with a GOOD 6 figures and the buyer was happy because all of her requests were addressed…and she won in a competitive market.

Moral of the story…selling now is VERY lucrative AND it’s still possible to buy (as a non investor) AND it’s REALLY nice to work with agents that are pleasant😌

To my fellow teachers. We are the real MVPs, this week and every week hereafter.
Our job to not only teach but damn near raise some of these children is tireless and sometimes thankless but I KNOW we matter.
I’ve seen the impact that a good teacher can have on a student and the relationships that are built are ones that a priceless.
So during this week of appreciation, thank you teachers for being real life superheroes 🦸🏽‍♀️
