More from The Benoit Group's Director of Development, Torian R. Priestly testimony at The Virgin Islands Legislature public hearing, where he secured rezoning approvals for a $66 million mixed-income housing community planned for Parcel 68A in Lindberg Bay, St. Thomas.

In partnership with the Virgin Islands Port Authority, the project will transform 4.5 acres of underutilized land into 126 high-quality rental homes that strengthen the territory’s economic and social fabric.
