Congratulations are in order for a client of mine that knew exactly what he wanted but not exactly where! We traveled from Hull to Decatur and wound up in Loganville with a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood! Not only did he find a beautiful home, but he sold his first home to another couple for their first home.

While there are so many moving parts in a transaction like this, everything went smoothly and 3 families made some awesome upgrades!
