✨SHOULD I WAIT?✨

In this current market - I get asked this question all the time. TRUTH IS - the best time to buy a house is simply when it makes sense for you.

Yes, competition is fierce these days, but if your income is stable, have a down payment saved up, and ready to put down some roots and build equity, it may just be the ideal time. Home values are expected to continue to rise - so while you may want to wait and save “a little bit more”, the house that you’re eyeing right now for $300,000 may be closer $350,000 in 6 months.

However - if you’re still working on paying down some debt, working on your credit score or building up your savings, than sit tight and carry on! When it’s your time - I’ll be ready for you!
