In life, you don’t come across many people where everything just naturally clicks, for me that’s exactly been the case here. One of my closest friends, and someone I’m grateful to do both business and life alongside.
It’s a privilege watching he and his partner build something meaningful over the years with integrity, humility, and consistency. Even better getting to see our families biting off more than we think we can chew in business and raising kids alongside one another.
For any renovation or exterior needs, reach out to Cody with North Georgia Roofing and Property Renovations, LLC. He and his partner Corwin have built a company rooted in doing things the right way.
CEOs are just like us — except Cody Freeman says he’s never been a sports guy, even though everyone assumes he played football or wrestled growing up.
Meet Cody, CEO of North Georgia Roofing & Property Renovations.
Cody has been around job sites since he was 7 years old, spending summers and holidays with his dad, who owned a siding company. He started out carrying materials, and by the time he was a teenager, he was helping run crews during the summer.
In 2009, after the economy shifted, Cody moved into restoration — and that path eventually led him to where he is today.
What he loves most about this business is simple: helping people when they need it most. Every project is different, every day looks a little different, and he gets to serve the community while building something that also allows him to give back to others.
Outside of work, Cody and his wife stay busy raising three girls — two teenagers and a toddler. Between church, travel, volleyball, ballet, family weekends, and keeping everyone where they need to be, life is full in the best way.
And the random fun fact?
Despite what people assume, Cody is not a sports fan. He says the only sports he pays attention to are the ones his kids are playing — and even then, he’s mostly just there to cheer them on.
His focus is pretty simple:
Faith. Family. Finances.
Or as Cody puts it, if it’s not God, family, or work, he’s probably not that into it.
