Yesterday was a great day for our Future Soldiers!

Our Future Soldiers had the opportunity to participate in an incredible CPR & Stop the Bleed class hosted by 5.11 Newnan and taught by the outstanding team at Newnan CPR & AED.

A huge thank you to both organizations for opening your doors and investing your time and knowledge into our Future Soldiers. The life-saving skills they learned yesterday are skills they can carry with them for the rest of their lives and could one day help save someone else’s.

One thing that makes the Newnan Army Recruiting Station different is that we’re not just recruiters. We believe in developing our Future Soldiers before they ever leave for Basic Training. We make sure these young men and women get involved in the community, build meaningful relationships, and learn valuable life skills that will help them succeed in the Army and beyond.

Preparing them isn’t just about physical fitness. it’s about building confident, capable leaders who are ready to serve their communities and our nation.

Thank you again to 5.11 Newnan for hosting this event and to Newnan CPR & AED for providing such an engaging and impactful class. We truly appreciate your partnership and look forward to working together again in the future.

If we've met in person, you've probably already figured out that I'm not your typical Realtor.

My name is Tremayne Rippy, and I believe in earning business through hard work, relationships, and results not by sitting behind a desk waiting for the phone to ring.

If you found me through a flyer, door hanger, business card, social media post, or community event, then you've already seen me doing what I do best: getting out in the community and making things happen.

I may be part of the newer generation, but I was raised with an old school work ethic. I believe in showing up, staying consistent, keeping my word, and doing the extra work that others may not be willing to do.

Just like I'm out here making things happen for myself, I'll work just as hard to make things happen for you.

I know some of y'all are probably thinking, "What in the world does Trey have going on sending me all these page invites?" Lol.

Trust me, there's a method to my madness.

As I've mentioned before, I wear a few different hats. I'm an Army Recruiter here in Georgia, a Realtor serving both Georgia and Texas, a father, and an advocate in the community.

This page is dedicated to my Recruiting and Real Estate journey. Here you'll see Army opportunities, career information, home-buying and selling tips, market updates, community events, and ways I can help individuals and families reach their goals.

My Male Trauma Matters page is focused entirely on advocacy, awareness, resources, and support for men and families affected by trauma.

Then, of course, I have my professional profile and personal profile where I share everyday life, family moments, and general updates.

Rather than mixing everything together, I wanted to create dedicated spaces so people can follow what interests them most.

My name is Tremayne "Trey" Rippy, and I proudly serve as both an Army Recruiter in Georgia and a Realtor in Georgia and Texas. My goal is simple: help people improve their lives, whether that's through military service, homeownership, or connecting them with the right resources.

WHAT I BRING TO THE TABLE AS A REALTOR:

✅ Available after normal business hours because I understand most people work 9-5 and can't house hunt during the day.

✅ Complimentary moving assistance for clients who buy or sell a home with me. I can help move and transport larger items such as furniture, washers, dryers, and more (distance and scheduling limitations apply).

✅ 50% of my real estate profits are dedicated to supporting Male Trauma Matters, a nonprofit focused on helping men and families affected by trauma.
