The last 12 months have not been easy for everyone. One example is the seller & tennant of this property that we closed on last month.
The tennant had lost her job early during the pandemic and had not been able to make many of her payments since. The owner was unable to continue maintaining the property, so we made her a cash offer and were able to keep the tennant in place. On top of that, we are now helping the tennant relocate and purchase her first home for her and her family.
